Located on the banks of the Huron River, this multi-family development adds 100 residences, and 10,000 sf of retail within 4 new buildings.  The 4 buildings share a similar design using warm and natural materials that reflect the surrounding community. Different shades of warm brick are strategically placed to differentiate the 4 buildings. Various brick detailing are used for screening and architectural accents on the facade.
