This 3-family housing design concept is located in the Fairmount community in Newark, New Jersey. With the dominate housing typology in the neighborhood the bayonne box style, the new design attempts to modernize the typology. The exterior materials are a durable ribbed fiber cement panel with accents of wood. Large windows with juliet balconies help provide natural light to The deep layouts. The three-story, 4,140 SF development features three units between 900-1400sf with the first floor unit having 2 bedrooms and the 2 upper floors each having 3 bedrooms. The backyard provides parking and a shared green space for residents.
