The Warrington Residence is located in Detroit's Historic Sherwood Forest Neighborhood. The house is a 3,000 sf 1937 English Revival. As with many older homes, the original floor plan separated many of the main living area. By strategically opening up walls and combining rooms, the new floor plan creates a more free flowing space, yet it still keeps the individual rooms well defined. Other renovations includes a basement living space, backyard patio, larger kitchen, 2nd floor laundry, expanded master suite with renovated master bathroom.  Renovations completed with the help of Brown-Schroeder Construction.
