CityDwell Detroit is a residential development in Detroit's walkable Midtown neighborhood, featuring six customizable lots and two distinct single-family home designs.

The designs are a modern interpretation of the area's traditional architectural elements, with a specific focus on being contextual to the existing homes and buildings. The homes draw influence from classic forms, scales, and heights, and each features a covered porch—a staple of the neighborhood's charm. The exterior materials were also selected to reinterpret the textures of the existing homes, using a thoughtful combination of vertical and horizontal panels to create depth and detail on the facade.

The two available floor plans range from 1,464 to 1,800 square feet, each laid out across two stories. Both designs include a private garage, as well as a backyard, patio, and deck, each designed to extend the living space outdoors. An optional finishable basement provides an opportunity for a customized, expanded footprint. This development stands out as the only new single-family home construction in Midtown.
